ACCOUNTS / How do I create an account?

  • Click on the "LOG IN" icon located at the top of the screen.
  • Click on the "REGISTER NOW" icon.
  • The "Login information" section is required.
  • When all your details are correct click on the "REGISTER" button located in the centre at the bottom of the screen.
  • When you click the "REGISTER" button, a welcome email will be sent to the email address you provided.



 
ACCOUNTS / How do I log-in?

Before you can log-in you must have previously registered.
  • Click on the "LOG-IN" icon located at the top of the screen.
  • Enter your email address and password in the fields provided..
  • Click the "LOG-IN" button located in the centre of the screen.
  • If your log-in has been successful, the Log-in option at the top should change to Log out.
  • To view your details simply click on the "MY ACCOUNT" icon located at the top of the screen.



 
ACCOUNTS / How do I change my password?

  • Log-in as usual and navigate to the "MY ACCOUNT" menu.
  • Select "CHANGE MY PASSWORD" from the menu.
  • You will now be asked to enter you current password, along with your new password.
  • You are asked to enter you new password twice in order to eliminate the chance of a typing error.



 
ACCOUNTS / What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

  • Click on the "LOG-IN" icon located at the top of the screen.
  • Click the " Forgot your password ? "
  • Enter your email address in the "Forgot your password" section
  • Click on the "SEND NOW" button.
  • An email confirmation of your password will be sent to the email address you specified.



 
ACCOUNTS / How do I change my personal details?

  • Log-in as usual and navigate to the "MY ACCOUNT" menu.
  • Select "EDIT MY DETAILS" from the menu.
  • Amend any incorrect information (including your registered email address).
  • Click "SAVE CHANGES".

This can be done by selecting the required field in the search box and then typing the specified details. If you require a more detailed search this is available by clicking "ADVANCED SEARCH". In this section you could for example search by Song or Barcode.


 
ORDERS / How do I place an order?

Navigate around the web site and add products to your basket (click on the "ADD TO" button located adjacent to the product).
As you add products to your basket they will appear in your basket - located in the above right of your screen.
Once all your required items have been added to your basket, click on the "GO TO CHECKOUT" icon - located at above right of your basket.
If you haven't already registered or logged-in, it will prompt you to do so now.
Please click CONTINUE button
You will now be asked to enter a delivery address, if you haven't already stored this information in your account, then will copied your profile’s default address.
Please click CONTINUE button.
You will now be asked to choose your payment option.
A summary of the order will now be displayed for you to check that all the details are correct.
If you need to amend anything, click the "BACK" button at the bottom of the screen.
If all details are correct click the "CONFIRM ORDER" button at the bottom of the screen.
Your order has now been placed.


 
ORDERS / How much does postage and packaging cost?

Please note! Extra postage is calculated vinyl (LP) of supplies n x LP Vinyl = n x 1.50 EUR. The cost of handling, packaging and shipping is 2.90 EUR per order, independent of the number of products in the shipment. All consignments are sent by Mail, with in-stock items being despatched within 3 - 5 working days.


 
ORDERS / How long does delivery take?

If an item is in-stock it is despatched within 3 - 5 working days.

If an item is out of stock it is ordered from our suppliers same day and is despatched as soon as it comes into stock and order is complited. It is always possible an item will be out of stock or otherwise unavailable from our suppliers, in which case the despatch of the item will be affected by its availability from our suppliers.

All items are bearing the estimated delivery time in calendar days.

If You order goods with different delivery time, then please calculate upon longest delivery time.

Mail delays can sometimes affect delivery times. Because of this we are unable to start tracing lost packets until 14 days have elapsed since the date of despatch. Please contact us if you haven't received your item after this time so we may investigate further. If an item proves to be lost in the post we will always send a replacement free of charge.


 
ORDERS / What means “The Item is in Backorder”?

Status “The Item is in Backorder” will be given to those products, which haven’t arrived to CDMarket dispatcher within estimated time. Most likely those items would be exclusive and limited editions, but also products that have been released by some small record labels. For example, if have put down an order that contains three items and two of which are already in our stock or get there within estimated time but one item will be missing. In that case those items that we already have will be sent out to you on longest estimated time you made your order. When the missing product finally arrives, It will be sent out you immediately without any shipping fee.

All the goods in the warehouse should be sent out in 30 days.

If some items from your order are left for backorder and they have not arrived to our stock within 90 calendar days, we cancel the order and we shall automatically cancel your credit card reservation or refund your money in some other way within 3 working days.


 
ORDERS / What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all of the following methods of payments:

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments. If you make a purchase, you will be forwarded to the E-Commerce Payment Gateway page where you can enter the required card information. A notification on success or failure of transaction will be displayed on the screen. After making the payment, you will be forwarded back to our web page. An automatic payment confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.

Card information is transmitted through the server of the Bank Card Centre and a secure connection between your computer and the Bank Card Centre is always used.

128 bit encryption (SSL- Secure Socket Layer security protocol) is used on the web traffic between the client and the E-Commerce Payment Gateway and the data moving between the seller and the Payment Gateway is electronically signed, which eliminates the possibility of interception or modification of data by any third parties. The seller has access to a card transactions report but no access to full card numbers.

The seller (CD Market) does not see the entered card information. All card transactions are processed in the secure environment of the Bank Card Centre. The card information from the card owner is entered in the database in the server of the Bank Card Centre at the moment of payment and it will be stored by the Bank Card Centre. Any card data queries use SSL, MasterCard SecureCode, Verified by Visa services.

If you have signed up for Verified by Visa with your bank in which case your card will be charged when your order is confirmed.

ORDERS / How do I track my order?

Log-in and navigate to the "MY ACCOUNT" menu.
Click on the "ORDERS HITORY" button.
All outstanding orders will be displayed here along with a key to understanding the status of the various products.
If you cannot see your order here return to the previous menu and click on the "ARCHIEVE" button.
All completed or cancelled orders will now be displayed. Your order will show with this icon if it has been despatched.


 
ORDERS / How do I chase up my order?

If you are unable to track your order on-line or have an questions regarding your order please contact our Customer Service.


 
ORDERS / What happens if I order an item that is not in stock?

If an item is out of stock when you place your order, it will automatically be entered into our purchase ordering system. Our purchasing team process orders on a daily basis and items are normally received within 3-5 working days from our suppliers. All items are bearing the estimated delivery time in calendar days.If You order goods with different delivery time, then please calculate upon longest delivery time.

However, some items may not be received within this time frame due to stock availability issues or items being withdrawn or deleted by the distributor. Should this occur, we will endevour to update you as soon as possible.


 
ORDERS / What happens if I pre-order a title?

When you pre-order any item we will automatically reserve it for you, it will be allocated to your order automatically as soon as it comes in to stock

Please note:
We shall endeavour to deliver pre-booked titles on the day of release, however are unable to guarantee this service due to any unforseen circumstances that are beyond our control.


 
RETURNS / How do I change or cancel an order?

You can edit your order only when its status is NEW. When you replace something, the cost of the item should not exceed the cost of the original item. You can cancel your order when some (or all) your items are shown as BACKORDERED. In either case we are urge you to send us email including your

  2. Order No
  3. The item you wish to replace or/and the order you wish to cancel.

 
RETURNS / What do I do if I have received a faulty product?

Damaged or defected items you can return to us. However, please send us email before you do so with a little description of a problem at hand. We will fix the problem immediately and/or replace the item.

You can return the items you ordered within 14 days after you have received it. Make a notice that the items must still be in their original packaging.
